Susanna Muehling: RMT, BA

Having played sports my entire life, I began seeing an RMT in my early teens. Not only did these treatments provide me with pain relief and improved performance, they helped me understand the direct connection between my physical body and my overall well-being.

I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where I gained experience and skills to treat conditions of myofascial, neurological, and orthopaedic origins. My treatments are tailored to each individuals' specific needs, using a variety of techniques, including: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, and Swedish massage techniques. Through my own experiences dealing with injuries, I have learnt the importance of remedial exercises and stretching in obtaining optimal health, and I include such recommendations within my treatments

When not working, I like to enjoy the great outdoors, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with my family and friends. I can usually be found training for my next half marathon by running local trails or hiking up the Grouse Grind.
